FREN - Brand Supervisors (2 Vacant)

You are going to supervise the full spectrum of the product and brand portfolio, from idea- generating, product launching, product managing, until product renovating.

In details, you will be in charge in:

· Monitoring the change in the market, technology trend, consumers behavior and demands

· Developing, managing, and ensuring the implementation of the product roadmap and marketing plan in quarterly basis

· Developing the concept of Product and Marketing Program trough customers exploration, market analysis, and technology exploration, from scratch idea, conceptual test, business process development, product marketing plan, until to product white paper

· Supervising the product development team to deliver and ensuring the readiness of product as projected time line

· Supervising and involved in the consumer’s acceptance test to successful with marketing communication team and advertising agency

· Developing the product information and providing product training material for internal party

· Generating reporting and managing the product and brand portfolio in weekly basis to support the implementation of marketing campaign

· Supporting Sales Team and Customer Care to successful the product penetration.

To be successful in the position, you will be:

· Holding a minimum of S1 degree, and preferably with S2 degree, from reputable universities, majoring in Marketing Management/ Industrial Engineering

· Having working experience in company with background as follows :

Ø Brand Supervisor Consumers Product: Having a minimum of 3 years of working experience, working consistently in marketing brand or product management groups, in the top 5 of GSM Brand, consumer’s goods, and consumers banking

Ø Brand Supervisor Business Product: Having a minimum of 3 years of working experience, working consistently in business development or product management groups for B2B segment, in the top 5 of Business Solution Company, IT/Telco, and Banking B2B

· Showing keen interest in consumers research, data mining, and product management

DRILLING OPERATORS (Job Code: 2HK/ID-1429)


Duties:
• To maintain good working relationship with other team members
• Be dale to produce good quality of the drilling work including samples collection arid borehole togging
• Be able to carry out proper maintenance of the drilling rigs and order available spare parts on sits
• Be able to carry out logistics control, plan and ensure material, parts and accessories, small equipment and tools, consumables are available at all times for the work
• Communicate with field supervisors and fellow operators to ensure full understanding of information provided
• Check that works are undertaken to comply with the specification
• To work safety on site
• Check that there are sufficient stock of accessories and spare parts available stall times.
• Keep a full and accurate daily site diary
• Reporting directly to the Manager of Exploration Drilling

Requirements:
• Be able to work as part of a team and drive the project.
• 5-10 years off previous experience in managing (for No. 1)/working (for No.2) exploration drill rigs in remote locations.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental legislation, experience in implementing quality systems.
• To fill this position you must have a drive to succeed, be confidant and happy out on site and able to work unsupervised (for No. 1). We are not looking for someone that it going to try and run the job from the office, this is a site based position so you will be willing and happy to be mixing it on site.
• Fluent in English arid Bahasa Indonesia, good computer skill that related with position applied.

Lowongan Kerja Superintendent Resource Planning (Code SRP)

Key elements of the position Include :

* Develop a tong term approach to mining coat reserves by defining and detailing potential reserves and developing an optimum sequence that meets customers coal requirement
* Advise and guide Manager Strategic Planning on development options through studies aimed at optimizing net present value to KPC within the guidelines of the Contract of Works
* Develop action and monitor the section’s business plan, together with an annual budget, to facilitate the achievement of work objectives within quality, time and cost parameters and provide direction to the team
* Analyze and review current planning systems, processes and procedures to recommend improvements, introduce new tools and techniques and enhance the performance of the section

Qualifications a Experience :

* Tertiary qualifications (S1 degree) in Mining Engineering with 8 years experience and proven skills in planning, preferably in open cut coat mining operations and project management
* Good knowledge of computerize planning packages
* Analytical, Problem Solving, Leadership and People Management skills
* Excellent interpersonal a communication skills (oral & written) in both bahasa Indonesia and English
* Possess Pengawas Operational Madya certification from Directorate General of Mining and Energy

Lowongan Kerja Superintendent Mining Contract (Code SMC)

Key elements of the position include :

* Monitoring and report on contractor performance on all production, quality, safety and environmental aspects of contractor operations
* Control and monitor all aspects of mining contractor activity such as mine planning, drill and blast, drainage, road design of contractors operations and cross reference to the contractual documentation and other legal agreements
* Undertake short and mid term production planning to determine whether the contractor resource and planning are sensible and adequate enough to meet the production target
* Oversee contractor environmental activities such as water management, rehabilitation Plan and Implementation of contractors in line with KPC s policy
* Review geotechnical /planning reports and document to ascertain drainage, geological issue impacting pit coal production and provide necessary action that should be taken in the circumstances

Qualifications a Experience :

* Tertiary qualifications (S1) in Mining Engineering degree with 8 years experience
* Understanding the commercial concept of contract law and contract agreements
* Understanding of financial analysis methods and how mining costs are built up
* Ability to manage and resolve conflict situation
* Excellent Planning, Scheduling, Analytical, Problem Solving and Leadership skills
* Excellent interpersonal a communication skills (oral 8 written) in both bahasa Indonesia and English
* Possess Pengawas Operational Madya certification from Directorate General of Mining and Energy
