WORKSHOP LOGISTIC SUPERINTENDENT (WLG-SI)
WORKSHOP LOGISTIC SUPERINTENDENT (WLG-SI)
- Min. Diploma, preferable in Engineering.
- Min. 7 years experience in handling store/logistic of heavy
equipments (excavator, bulldozer, backhoe loader, skidder, motor
grader, truck, trailer, generator, and other ancillary equipments)
with min. 1 year experience at the same level.
- Knowledgeable in material flow (receiving, stocking, and issuing).
- Skilled on controlling material inventory.
- Knowledgeable of Basic Legal, Basic Finance/Accounting, Basic SAP,
and product-related standards and specifications (especially heavy
equipment-related materials).
- Advanced administrative skills.
- Strong leadership and planning/organizing skills.
WORKSHOP LOGISTIC SUPERVISOR (WLG-SV)
- Min. Diploma, preferable in Engineering.
- Min. 5 years experience in handling store/logistic of heavy
equipments (excavator, bulldozer, backhoe loader, skidder, motor
grader, truck, trailer, generator, and other ancillary equipments)
with min. 1 year experience at the same level.
- Knowledgeable in material flow (receiving, stocking, and issuing).

WORKSHOP SUPERVISOR (WS-SV)
- Min. SLTA graduated in Mechanical Engineering.
- Min. 5 years experience in heavy equipment service, repair,
maintenance, and logistics with minimum 1 years experience in the
supervisory level.
- Proven skill in heavy equipments (excavator, bulldozer, backhoe
loader, skidder, motor grader, truck, trailer, generator, and other
ancillary equipments) repair and maintenance.
- Knowledgeable of Basic Finance/Accounting and product-related
standards and specifications.
- Strong leadership and planning/organizing skills.
STOREMAN (ST)
- Minimum Senior High School.
- Min. 2 years experience in handling store/logistic of heavy
equipments (excavator, bulldozer, backhoe loader, skidder, motor
grader, truck, trailer, generator, and other ancillary equipments).
- Knowledgeable in material flow (receiving, stocking, and issuing).
- Skilled on controlling material inventory.
- Knowledgeable of Basic SAP and product-related standards and
specifications (especially heavy equipment-related materials).
- Advanced administrative skills.
- Strong leadership and planning/organizing skills.
GENERAL ADMINISTRATOR (GN-AD)
- Min. Diploma, preferable in Engineering or Accounting.
- Min. 3 years relevant experience in handling workshop administration.
- Good understanding of heavy equipment, purchasing, costing, and budgeting.
- Able to act as personal assistant to superiors.
- Advanced administrative and procedural skills.
- Good knowledge of Basic SAP, Basic Legal, and product-related
standards and specifications.
- Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills as
well as planning and organizing skills.
- Proportional attention to details.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Computer and English literate.
- High personal work-motivation, communicative, proactive, and creative.
- High orientation on cost-effectiveness, quality, time-frame, and safety.
- High professional-integrity and excellent teamwork skills.
- Willing to travel and relocate to remote areas in East Kalimantan.
