dynamic Bancassurance team as Financial Advisor (FA )or Executive Financial Advisor (EFA) to be place in BANJARMASIN, SAMARINDA and BALIKPAPAN

We look for suitable candidates who will assist bank clients in the planning and
arrangement of their financial affairs, such as protection needs. The candidates will work
closely with our bank partner staff and be accountable for bancassurance sales target.
Candidates must have following requirements :
Degree in any discipline
Minimum 1 year of sales and marketing experience in bank or insurance company or related financial sector (EFA)
Fresh graduates with the right attitude and personality are welcome (FA)
Pleasant looking and easy going personality
Able to lead, motivate branch manager and bank staff to achieve sales target
Able to develop and strong relationship with branch manager and bank staff
Positive and result oriented,independent , self motivated and resourceful , individual and team player
