IT Service Delivery Officer
(Jakarta / Banjarmasin)

Responsibilities:


This position will provide technical assistance to computer and telephony system users. Act as a single point of contact for all matters relating to service delivery for the user from a global perspective.
Answer questions or resolve computer and telephone problems for clients in person, via servicedesk application, telephone or from remote location
Provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, Microsoft offices, electronic mail, and operating systems
Able to understand and deliver services to meet defined Service Levels Agreement with the user

Responsibilites include:
Maintain record of servicedesk, problems and remedial action taken, and solution activities
Ensure installed computers are protected againts threats from vurises as per MIS policy
Recommend and improve rollout strategies for hardware and software
Ensure that computer parts inventory is current and MIS Manager is aware of critical shortages
Prepare electronic purchase requisition as needed relating to the PC support, maintenance, upgrade and special projects
Receive requests for new equipment from users and make recommendations for purchases and placements to MIS Manager
Implement corporate MIS policies and procedures relating to IT service delivery

Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
Having 3-5 years experience in System Window 2003 Administrator, Active directory, MS and Exchange 2003
Proven experience in providing user supports
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact at all levels
