With continued growth we are seeking additional resources will be based in Balikpapan as Welding / Fabrication Supervisor, reporting to the Welding & Fabrication Superintendent.

Responsibilities for this position to assist the Welding & Fabrication Superintendent to manage, supervise and support all welding and fabrication work in Balikpapan Support Facilities as TCI / OEM Standard; manage the quality and repair, maintain, modify and service TCI equipments and engineering sub assemblies to ensure that maximum availability is achieved to a professional standard with cost effective repairs are carried out.

This position for senior level requires Welding Trades qualification or have a degree in Metallurgy Engineering with minimum 5 years experiences in the Heavy Mining or Construction Industry; a minimum 3 years in similar roles; computer literacy; good English communication skills in both written and verbal; demonstrate HSE performance and team player.
