With continued growth we are seeking additional resources that will be located in our Balikpapan Support Office as Plant Reliability Engineer.

Reporting to Plant Support Superintendent you will contribute to TCI Plant objectives through the establishment and ongoing refinement of a best practice model for reliability maintenance, reporting, analysing, implementation and measuring plant performance; contribute to ensuring the reliability of the TCI fleet can be improved.

Requirements for this position degree in Industrial Engineering; a minimum of 2 years experience with proven track record in similar role; have technical skills: Pareto Analysis & Reporting; Reliability and Plant System skills; Good analytical skills and Management skills; willing to travel and a good command of the English language.
