We are looking for qualified resources for Training Coordinator who will be based in Sangatta, East Kalimantan.

Reporting to HR Head Department you will support Training Supervisor to coordinate responsibility for general site training activity and on-job assessment coordination for Sangatta all personnel’s in order to increase their productivity, and repair capabilities; to coordinate with Mining Training Coordination and Plant Training Coordinator for mining/plant training activity and on-job assessment coordination for Sangatta operators/maintenance crews in order to increase their productivity and repair capabilities. In summary, Training Coordinator is responsible for any traning conducted at Sangatta site and manage all training activities. Training Coordinator will coordinate also to HR Team, Subcontractors, and other department.

This position requires minimum diploma; certificate IV in Workplace Training or diploma in training and competency-based assessments, OHS & E 1 & 2 related skills; previous experience in a similar role, minimum of 5 years experiences within the mining or construction industry.
