PT Agro Harapan Lestari and Group (One of the biggest Palm Oil Plantation Company in Kalimantan), Looking for a qualified candidate for the position:

HR ASSISTANT
( to be based in Central Kalimantan, East Kalimantan & South Kalimantan )

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Law or Equivalent
- At least 3 years experience in handling HR
- Having strong knowledge in Law of Labor and have adequate experience in handling Labor Union
- Competent and experienced in developing procedures and regulation
- Competence and experienced in handling Industrial / Employee Relation.
- Can communicate in English, both oral and written and able to use computer IS A MUST
- Competence and experienced in handling HRIS
- MUST BE willing to be placed in Kalimantan
