As the Crushing, Screening and Quarry company, we looking for a candidates to fill the positions described. Applicants must be meet the requirements as listed below:
The positions are :

1. HRD Supervisor (HRD-SPV)

Qualifications:
a. Bachelor Degree in Psychology or Law from reputable university with GPA min.3.00;
b. Male or Female 27-35 years old;
c. Min 2 years experience in HR system and development : organization development, recruitment, training and development, industrial relation, etc;
d. Pleasant personality, energetic & high motivated;
e. Good in English (Oral & Written) skills and computer literate;
f. Able to work independent or as a team;
g. Having good logic & strong analytical ability, strong interpersonal skill & strong communication skill;
h. Able to travel throughout Indonesia

2. Site Supervisor (STS)
Qualifications:
a. Male 27-35 years;
b. Has experience min 5 years and has great knowledge crusher & fixed plant operation, good awareness of maintenance scheduling, has daily reporting & basic admin function;
c. Production oriented;
d. Able to manage manpower human resources at work location;
e. Has knowledge about Safety, Health and Environment;
f. Good in English (Oral & Written) skills and computer literate;
g. Able to work independent or as a team;
h. Having strong interpersonal skill & integrity and strong leadership;
i. Able to work under pressure
