CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION SUPERVISOR (CT-SV)
RESPONSIBILITIES: directs activities concerned with contracts for purchasing of equipment, materials, products, or services; makes contract preparation; verifies contract pricing; evaluates contract vendors performance; and assists in issuing consignment PO and prepares consignment analysis report.
REQUIREMENTS: bachelor degree in related educational background from reputable university, preferable in Civil or Mechanical Engineering from reputable university; 4-6 years experience in the similar type of business with minimum 1 year experience in the same level; knowledge of Basic Legal, Basic Finance, and Economic Trend Movement; advanced administrative skills; good level of concentration; strong negotiation skills; organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
WORKSHOP SUPERVISOR (WS-SV)
RESPONSIBILITIES: manage and control all KPSI mobile, miscellaneous equipment service, repairs and logistic, and all associated activities to maximize the availability, reliability, productivity, and safe operation of large population of excavators, bulldozers, backhoe loaders, skidders, motor graders, trucks, trailers, generators, and other ancillary equipment in the assigned area; contribute to the achievement of KPSI’s business target within time, cost, and quality parameters as well as provide efficient, effective logistic services to fulfill customer demand.
REQUIREMENTS: min. SLTA graduated in Mechanical Engineering; minimum 5 years experience in heavy equipment service, repair, maintenance, and logistics with minimum 1 years experience in the supervisory level; knowledge of correct tools and equipment necessary to get the job done; strong conceptual and analytical thinking; strong leadership skills.
TYRE SUPERVISOR (TY-SV)
RESPONSIBILITIES: plan, organize, and control tyre maintenance activities to ensure that all works are carried out to the required standard and appropriated priorities; monitor condition of the running tyres for tyre replacement scheduling and forecasting purposes; regular observation of the operational condition to asses an appropriate tyre capability required for the operational condition; liaise with related parties (Log Transport Dept., Civil Work Dept., etc.) to discuss work priorities and maintain awareness of new tyre types requirements related to road condition, load, traffic, and other operational requirements; liaise with tyre manufacturers and dealers in order to maintain an awareness of new products, technological advancements, and techniques; conduct regular safety inspections of the facilities, equipment, and ensure that work procedures are being conducted in accordance with KPSI standards.
REQUIREMENTS: minimum Senior High School graduated in Mechanical Engineering; 5-7 years experience in heavy equipment tyre maintenance; good knowledge of tyre technology and tyre maintenance procedures; adequate knowledge of forestry operation, earthwork, and log transportation activities; strong leadership, analytical, and problem solving skills; excellent knowledge of planning and scheduling preferably with tyre maintenance.
HSE ENGINEER (HSE-EG)
RESPONSIBILITIES: initiate and direct major safety studies, projects and reports; develop safety control methods, procedures, programs, and mechanisms to eliminate or reduce incidents; provide services to Department Managers to identify and appraise loss potential conditions and practices for the assigned function; develop loss control methods, procedures and programs to eliminate causative factors associated with specific problems, or where it is not possible to eliminate the hazard, provide the engineering necessary to devise mechanisms or procedures to reduce the degree of the hazard; plan or propose facilities, operations, and projects; provide staff assistance in any of the recognized fields of loss prevention to any division; provide work direction or input to HSE Officers; in charge for internal and external safety and environmental audits; ensure compliance with and commitment to HSE policies, procedures, and regulations.
REQUIREMENTS: min. Diploma in Health and Safety or Engineering with 2-3 years experience in related areas; knowledgeable and skilled on incidents prevention, incidents investigation, loss prevention engineering, qualitative and quantitative risk analysis; knowledgeable on HSE related regulations, laws, theories, principles, and techniques; strong analytical thinking and leadership skills; excellent investigation and report writing skills.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: computer literate; excellent in English and Bahasa both written and spoken; high personal work-motivation, communicative, proactive, and creative; high orientation on cost-effectiveness, quality, time-frame, and safety; high professional-integrity and excellent teamwork skills; willing to travel and relocate to Kalimantan.
